I’m writing this six weeks after Walter’s death. Tears are streaming down my face as I remember the love we shared. We were so blessed and very fortunate to have the love we did. It was not our first time in this physical world, and I know he is with me in spirit, so we are still together.
Love. I just read that love isn’t an emotion but a frequency and it fits so perfectly for what I want to share with you. I choose to share my journey as a caregiver for my husband as he deals with his cancer diagnosis because it’s the caretaker’s journey as well. I want people to know that they aren’t alone when they walk beside a loved one who is physically dying.

Reiki is a Japanese healing modality that utilizes life force energy. Often times energy healing and Reiki are used interchangeably but they are not the same.
