The base chakra is often called the 1st chakra and is also known as the root chakra. It’s located at the very bottom of the spine and it includes hips, legs, and feet. This chakra’s focus is safety and security in all areas of life.
Who knew learning to use a pendulum would help me with a water/ computer mash up. Water and computers don’t mix but we know that already.
