Support the Heart Chakra with 7 Crystals

The heart chakra, which is the bridge between the three lower physical chakras and the three higher spiritual chakras, can be found in the center of your chest area.  This energy center’s focus is on unconditional love for yourself and others.

It is one of the 7 energy centers in the body and, of course, you want it to be working in tip top shape so that you can be compassionate and loving for yourself and others.

Quick reminder of the 7 Chakras

Base/Root- being safe and secure

Sacral/ Spleen- creation and sexuality

Solar Plexus- relating to the world around you

Heart – giving and receiving love

Throat- speaking your truth

Third Eye/ Brow- intuition and knowing

Crown- connection to the all

If a chakra is blocked or the energy is stagnant, it can manifest emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.

These are some examples of how a blocked heart chakra exhibits:

      • Not accepting of self or others

      • Putting others before self

      • Codependency

      • Martyrdom

      • Unable to accept love from others

      • Social anxiety

      • Self critical thoughts

      • Unable to give love to others

      • physical heart issues

      • unable to speak your heart’s desires

    Crystals: The Silent Supporters

I refer to crystals as the silent supporters. They can help you in a quite way without others knowing what you are doing. There are times when we don’t want people to know our business and what we are healing. That’s why crystals are ideal.

Since we are made of minerals, it makes sense that we connect with crystals and our body recognizes their subtle energy.  When you utilize them, you are connecting with the life force of mineral energy.

8 ways to use crystals for any chakra

The ways to use crystals for healing purposes are long so let me list a few favorites:

        • Wearing as jewelry

        • Carrying them in your braket (bra pocket), pants pocket, amulet etc.; on the body in some way

        • Placing them under your pillow when appropriate

        • Using them in crystal grids

        • Using them to infuse water (only the safe ones)

        • Putting them around the tub while bathing

        • Using them in a room to bring the energy

        • Meditating with them

Did you know each chakra is connected to all the other chakras?

Each chakra has support from and is connected to all the other chakras. This connection essentially means that there are 7 chakras within each chakra. I look at is as if each chakra has 7 sub chakras. How does this play out?

          • The base of the heart chakra- is about the safety and security of the heart

          • The sacral of the heart chakra- is about creating your heart’s desire

          • The solar plexus of the heart chakra is about your heart out in the world

          • The throat of the heart chakra is about speaking your heart

          • The 3rd eye of the heart chakra- is about knowing in your energetic heart.

          • The crown of the heart chakra is connecting your heart to divine source and accepting that love

Now that we have defined the support each of the chakras give, let’s explore the crystal support.
