Reiki (pronounced ray key) is a form of hands on (or hands off) energy therapy that’s designed to help improve the flow of life energy in you. You can read more about it here.

Reiki is the movement of energy through the chakras.  Once you incorporate intuitive messages, spirit guides, ancestors, crystals, oils, light language etc., it morphs into energy healing.

• People who would like to relax and get more balanced.
• People who are open to alternative therapies.
• People who want to participate in their healing. While working with me, I will deliver messages and ask questions I’m guided to ask to help you uncover, heal and soothe needed areas.  
• People who wish to have assistance in their current medical treatment. I’ve found that people facing a health opportunity (such as cancer or Parkinson’s) share that they feel much calmer when they are done with a session.

You know. That’s like asking me how often you should exercise or go to church.  That’s an individual preference.  Do you want more relaxation?  Do you want to feel better?  Put yourself as a priority.  I find that the more chronic a condition, the less time in between appointments.  At minimum, I suggest once a month.

Crystal energy healing is a tune up for your body, mind, spirit and emotional health.  I will not be diagnosing any issues during the session but we will let the natural elements of the crystals, the energy of Reiki and the intuitive knowledge of your body work together to realign you.

Have you ever listened to a choir or band and there’s that one instrument or voice that’s out of tune or synch and it just takes the whole song off kilter?  Well, that happens in our lives as well.  What we do during the session is help things come back to their natural state to help you gain relief emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.

Whether you opt for regular crystal healing support or want a traditional energy healing session, I do suggest monthly. It’s what I do for myself.

That’s the beauty of all energy sessions, they can be done distance or in person.  Although Yvette likes to utilize Zoom for distance appointments so that you can have the face to face interaction, it isn’t necessary. 

Absolutely. Energy healing can be done at a distance. That means it can travel through your clothes. 

No. One of the intake questions if you are having an in-person session, is whether you want a touch or no-touch energy healing session. 

Crystal Divination is like a card reading but with crystals and a grid. Using about 13 crystals and a grid with 13 areas, I share the messages the Universe has for you.  Here’s an example of a reading.

No more than every 6 months. It’s meant for direction and guidance and unless a major life change happens, it’s not needed on a regular basis.
